Warning!- if your laptop is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, do not open the case or you can loose the warranty- always remove the laptop battery and unplug the laptop power adapter before you open the laptop case-don’t forget the position of screws, in order to easy replace your laptop.- proceed on your own risk.
At first, you need to prepare some specifically tool. In order to disassemble this laptop, you just need a screwdriver.
1. Power off your laptop, and Remove the laptop battery.
2. Remove all screw on the Bottom Plastic Casing and take away thes cover board. such as there are 3 screw on this cover board on the middle of the bottom plastic casting and 4 screw on this cover board on the left of the bottom plastic casting. This time, we can upgrade our laptop HDD, wireless network card and RAM.
3. We continue to disassemble laptop. There are 5 screw in battery compartment, let us remove these .now,we finish the work that remove all of screw on bottom plastic Cating.
4. Attention. There are 1 screw at wireless network card side,we must remove it for remove DVD-ROM.we take away modem and untie all cable on laptop motherboard then.we disassemble the bottom plastic is to end.
We turned the laptop on its side and open them then. Because we have had remove all screw on bottom, it is easy to take away the bezel of laptop keyboard. We suggest that you can use some Special tool, such as bank card.now, we can see there are 2 screw to fixed laptop keyboard. Let’s remove them and take away the laptop keyboard. No! we must untie this keyboard’ cable in advance. Be careful, this type of connector is fragile
5. Let’s go on. We find some “arrow “ mark in some screw’s side that onPalm Bezel. Remove them. We can take away Palm Bezel now?
6. We must remove cable, when we take away palm Bezel. White cable is LCD cable.
7. finally ,We see the laptop motherboard.we continue remove screws on laptop motherboard.
8. The left side of the motherboard is the graphics card. This graphics is not standard MSM interface. If we need to upgrade the graphics card, we need to pay attention to the shape of graphics card that it must be same as original.
9. Let us remove the radiating module.this time,we have disassembled laptop.
